The structure of the Grove of the Eternal Madrone consists of elected officers who administer various functions of the Grove: a High Priest who oversees ritual and liturgy; a Magister who is in charge of educational programs; a Bard who is in charge of the Grove library; a Pursewarden in charge of the Grove’s finances; a Scribe who is in charge of the Grove’s documents; and the Swordbearer.

We have an established structure for advancement through the levels of druidic achievement, and we can provide training for those interested in advancing their spiritual path. The first fully initiated level is that of the Apprentice. After a minimum of a year-and-a-day, and upon meeting the published criteria, an Apprentice may request to be granted the Order of the Birch, as a Bard. Again after completing a required course of study and time requirement, they may advance to the Order of the Yew, or Ovate grade. The third order is that of the Oak, the Master Druid. The prescribed course of study and requirements at each level may be undertaken at each member’s own pace. All that is asked is that the member continues to grow.

Those who are interested may make inquiries and be invited to attend a Sabbat. If they then wish to make application to join as an aspirant member, there is a simple screening procedure. This is not meant to be exclusionary, but simply to ensure all applicants are aware of what our Grove and Druidry entail, and ensuring we can work together. The Grove does not discriminate based on race, age, gender, sexual orientation, or immigration status. All are welcome to join us in celebration; however, we do ask that anyone under the age of eighteen have the permission of their parent or guardian before contacting us.
